"Called this place because Google says they handle student loan information. Got an off site receptionist and it took almost 15 minutes to make a simple appointment. I was given the first name only of the attorney (strange), then when I asked for the address she said there was only a PO Box. Had to wait for street address. Finally got an appointment only to be called back immediately and told they don’t handle student loan questions. Ridiculous."
