"Contacted the office on January 16th to review a contract. I emailed them 10 times asking for an update of any kind before I was asked to call and setup an appointment. I was given the fee of $325 an hour which is totally fine, but when I asked if the attorney had taken a look and if a couple of questions would last more than an hour staff had no idea. The staff just kept repeating the hourly rate, I would have expected more of an answer or at least some notes from the attorney to provide to the staff after half a month. Move on if you want personal service."
