"So far the worse ups in the area. I prefer to drive somewhere else where the costumer service exist and people love their job. Also 95% of ups stores count with automatic doors so when you come with boxes they do open. Here they are not interested on that.This family that own it you can tell from the minute you come in that they hate their job, they just want the money but no clue on giving a good service. The owner stay away from him, he hates that you come to his store to return packages from amazon and you can see on his face how grouchy he is always and lives in the darkness. They purchased a new machine to print the labels for returns and this guy very rude took me out of the line without asking if I wanted to try the machine and very rudely threw my packages in top of that new machine. He was so upset that he was shaking his head. Not kind at all and reaponding on a rude manner. What is the purpose of owning a store if you hate your job and hate people???To own a store you need to know about giving a good service and care about costumers and thatis not learn online. So sad to have this kind of people in the area, rest of stores I've been are wonderful."

They were the BEST price in the area for a big photocopying project, went above and beyond when I needed a label printed out, and are always so welcoming and quick whenever I have a package to ship! ***ALSO they are packing experts for the holidays***"
