"Absolutely Terrible experience with this office. Paid them up front to get us the title for our home. We called them several times never ever got a call back. They would only ever respond by email and not in a timely manner. We received an email from him he titled the house, looking at it he titled the completely wrong house. After several months Chris told us we would have to find the previous owner( from 30 years ago) or demolish our house. Well we chose to go with finder the previous owner and got it retitled all ourselves. From having to contact the previous owners to running back an forth to the dmv. Making all kinds of phone calls. We did all the work. This place was not helpful at all an I would never use there services again. Don’t waste your money or time!!"

"I would give 0 stars if possible. Don’t expect a call back from these people, or hardly any real help when you have to physically go up there to the office just to be told the incorrect information. The person assigned to us closing on our house not only mixed us up with completely different people, they would not return my phone calls or emails for 5 days leading up to us closing on our house to give me details on wiring closing costs. I then had to run around last minute THE DAY BEFORE AT 4PM trying to make arrangements for a very large sum for closing costs. Causing our “closing” experience with them to be an absolute disaster and insanely stressful. I have left I don’t even know how many messages with closing department all unreturned. I hate this place and wouldn’t even use them for signing loan documents after the fact I did it all and got notarized myself before I would have gone through this office again. If you’d like to have a happy and stress free closing/buying experience do not even think about going through this office."
