Victoria Pharmacy 4445 Kissena Boulevard, Queens, NY 11355

"First, I want to say I imagine it's difficult for them as the local Walgreen's shut down and that means they have a lot more to handle. They also have a male Spanish worker and an older Asian fellow who works in the front. They are wonderful. That being said this pharmacy continued to give medicine even though I said it wasn't needed anymore and charged my insurance. A medicine I was supposed to take daily they did not have in stock and for three days strung me along without explaining the issue. I've been hung up on when calling the pharmacy. I've also been told medicine would be ready by a certain time and yet it wasn't / hadn't been prepared. Finally, I have one medicine that needs to be paid for out of pocket. I was charged 50$ for it when the local Duane Reade prepared it for me for 23$. I understand smaller pharmacies may have a higher overhead but to have to pay 100% more for medicine feels like a scam. An absoute scam. I am going to find another pharmacy and take my business elsewhere."
