"Went in, no one willing to help, understood because 3 employees were on the phone, waited for few more minutes and one of them got off the phone. Still not willing to ask me if I needed help, waited more and realized they were not willing to do anything to a customer who was there to get some medicine. Left and one of ladies called me “ can I help you?”, too bad, there are many pharmacies willing to say “ hello” once you walk into the store. Please be kind to customers. Thanks"

"I scheduled for my first vaccine shot at Hana Pharmacy and they actually called me when Johnson and Johnson, one dose were finally available. They let me know in details what I need to bring to get the shot. The person even let me know to wear short sleeve to make it easier to get a shot. I got my shot on 4/2/2021. And when I got the shot, Peter, I think he is the owner/ pharmacist, he was very gentle with the shot and after the shot was given he let me know the symptoms I might get. Luckily I didn’t get any symptoms. When the time came for the booster shot, again they let me know what needs to be done and what to expect. With the great experience with Hana Pharmacy, I got the Flu and Shingles vaccine as well. I am all set with make it through this winter. It seemed they really care for their customers.
