"Delivered my medication to a different patient’s location without my approval or even a phone call attempt letting me know that a medication is ready. The last time I had a medication sent to this pharmacy was over four years ago. The tech/rph claims it’s the patient’s fault for not letting the pharmacy know. Not letting the pharmacy know to not send my medication to a location (that I’ve never heard of) after over four years of not doing business with this pharmacy (let alone not knowing a medication was even sent or filled here)? A phone call to the patient to double check should be the first step. Also, an apology would’ve been appropriate for the inconvenience."

This store does not need a stapler, so you know how about the bussiness. I double the drug has expired.Even if she told me that I could not lend it, I think I can accept this reason."
