"This place got so Worse lately. Ordered snacks( somosa, Dal puri) . It was hard rock, went back to see if i could exchange, workers told me if they microwave it will get softer. So, i said ok, lets try but got worse. No apology or anything nor return. Instead they were telling me it was fine when they ate it."

"Standards have gone down so badly here. The tea is now $1.25 which isn’t an issue, even though it’s an 8 oz cup you can get in other places for $1 (this is becoming a hillside ave issue where places are raising things at a rapid though). The complaint though is that it’s rancid almost, you can taste something almost metallic in it, they don’t wash those pots clean. Small samosas and shingaras are now $1.25, they’re extremely small. They’re terribly spiced, and both the combo of these snacks and tea can cause food poisoning as many of my friends have experienced and I myself have experienced. The place also lacks cleanliness, it’s gone downhill since COVID. Very upsetting, used to be my go-to spot; now I have to rethink that because of the fact I was food poisoned and some of my close family and friends were. They really need to be cleaner here…"

"I have been coming to this pharmacy since it started . The pharmacist working in Apnar Pharmacy is very friendly and a knowledgeable person. All the staff are very cordial and helpful. I always tell my nearby family and friends to use this pharmacy . The tea in the front is also the best in the town. They are famous for their tea and cookies."

"Their stuff's are horrible. One year ago in a rush hour I ordered a tea without suger and the lady didn't hear me properly and serve my tea with suger. When I told her about that the lady gets angry with me and said leave the store.i informed that their owner who is such a nice person, but his another stuff lady tried to covered their misbehave with customer. After that day I never went their store. They dont know how to deal with customer. They are just doing business based on bengali customers."
