"Good pharmacy but crooked"
"Be aware of this pharmacy!! The staff is, unfortunately, unprofessional. I called three times to see if my husband's medication was at this pharmacy, and the person on the other end was acting as if he didn’t want to work. He was not helpful; he did not check the system to see if the hospital had sent the prescription. I had to request a doctor to send my husband's medication to another pharmacy For pick up. I highly do not recommend anyone go To this pharmacy."

"I normally never write reviews but for this instance I felt I really needed to. Normally, I have no issues with this pharmacy. It's a nice pharmacy, and I like that it is local. However, after the way I was treated today I most likely will never go back and felt that I definitely needed to write a review, because what just happened was not at all okay. I went to pick up my prescriptions and when I got the bag (I noticed it looked a little light as I was prescribed 90 day supply due to the fact that I will be in transition from one job to another and will not have insurance so my doctor gave me 3months supply of medications I have to have to make sure I had my meds during my time off) I asked if it was 90 day supply and the pharmacist starts yelling over the counter "your insurance wouldn't approve it so I just changed it to 2 refills" and "we don't want to pay for it either" (whatever that means). I then found myself having to yell back at him that that was done on purpose and I need my medications as I will employed for a few months and with no insurance. First of all for me even having to explain that is ridiculous; one because that's between me and my doctor, two because they never called me to tell me of this insurance issue or to ask me if it was okay that they just change my prescription. Let me be clear, I do believe that the intentions on this were to be helpful, but to not call me to discuss my medications is not at all okay (not entirely sure it's legal either). Then as I was leaving I checked the bag to make sure ear drops that were prescribed for an ear infection were there. I dropped off the prescription yesterday and was told that those too would be ready by 12 today. I then went back to the counter and the girl told me those were for the over-the-counter ear drops I purchased yesterday (***Please note that my doctor advised I get the over-the-counter meds so that once my ear infection goes away I can use them to keep from getting infection). The pharmacist again starts yelling "tomorrow after 12". I asked why that is as I had been told that it would be ready today after 12pm. They then proceed to try and tell me that I didn't give them the prescription paper and that it was the one she gave back to me (it was not, I showed what she gave back to me was the one for the over the counter meds). The clerk at the counter and the pharmacist then go back and forth behind the counter and then another women comes up and says to me that my prescription will be in tomorrow as they need to call the doctor to make sure it's correct. I asked why this is, and she tells me that the anti-biotic pill that they gave me is similar to the drops so they just want to make sure because they don't want me over-medicated. To which I ask why they didn't do that yesterday if that was the case? I got no reply. I also got no reply as to what happens if my doctor doesn't answer you today and I need my meds for my ear infection. She just replies "I can't keep explaining this to you. Tomorrow after 12". Here's the thing though, this isn't a controlled substance I got prescribed, or a massive painkiller concoction. This is ear drops with an anti-biotic. How is that going to mix negatively? Secondly, and again I got no phone call update about this. No mention of the concern when I dropped off the prescription. Nothing. So ultimately what to me this means is that the did not fill it, and are now instead of admitting it and apologizing they are trying to cover themselves. I then ask her if there's anyway that they can do that and I can wait as I am in pain because of this infection? Her reply to me "I know. Why didn't they give you painkillers"? To which I then replied "because I don't take painkillers". The fact that I was even asked that is grossly inappropriate, and frankly at this point between I was so done with the conversation I just confirmed that I would have my ear drops tomorrow and left. In all this was the most un-professional, un-ethical, and I'm not even sure fully legal, experience I have ever had a pharmacy."
