"If I could give this company less than one star I would. We made a reservation using them for January because this was a viable option to accommodate my large family to come down and see my daughter graduate from Marine Corps boot camp. Multiple times before making the reservation my sister called and confirmed any questions we may have if we needed to cancel due to her not graduating on time. We were told if we purchased the insurance we could cancel for any reason for 100% refund minus the policy fee, or would be able to move the reservation. My daughter was injured during boot camp and her graduation has been delayed. Everyone there now has been less than helpful. They would not let us move to a different date and were then told that we had to cancel the reservation and rebook different dates if we wouldn't be coming on the original and we would still get our refund. That is not true at all. When we called the insurance company they only offer 60% refund and you have to jump through hoops to get that. They expect us to get a letter from the Dr. my daughter sees in order to process the refund. I am not sure that they understand how HIPPA works but I can not just call the Naval Hospital and get a note and since she is in boot camp I can't just call her to get one either. No one there seems to know what they are doing and so now I am completely out $1700 and there suggestion is to rebook when we have other dates. We gave this exact scenario before we booked such an expensive property and were told it would not be a problem. I would not recommend this company to anyone and will make sure other families know not to use them as well 0 out of 10 recommend. I could understand if we were just cancelling because we decided not to come or to stay somewhere else but the fact that we clarified this all in advance before booking makes it a little harder to swallow throwing $1700 away."
