"Uncaring staff. I called in to ask if they could fill a prescription. Guy told me they could order it in. I go through the work to have a prescription sent to them and after that he tells me they actually can't order it. When I asked why they didn't tell me when I called before, he acted annoyed and told me it was a new medication so they don't carry it (even though I asked it by name the first time). No apologies or anything, then hung up on me. Why not check it the first time and have me go through all the work, if you already knew you didn't carry new medications?"
