"I would NOT and WILL NOT recommend this man. When we met him, he seemed like a down-to-Earth, honest man, however there is $3500 missing! I will try to tell the short version. We sold a property for $14,500. The buyer and I split the $500 fee for him to do the transaction. He also was handling an estate settlement, which he told us would cost $1,500. So that means we should have owed $1,750 from $14,500. That comes to $12,750. When we got paid, we received around $9,250. Stephen Shaw TOLD me, my mother, my son, and my niece that he was holding $3500 JUST IN CASE there were additional money owed for my father's estate, and we would get it after the estate was settled. In the end, I never received a dime of this, NOR an explanation of where ANY of it went. Nothing!"
