"I did an Amazon return and they processed it wrong. I told them it was two different items, but they were adamant that they belonged together. Amazon is now not refunding the $50 because they never received the second item. The person (who I wish I got the name of now) that helped me at UPS was very rude and wouldn’t even let me get a word in."

"WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !!! Today I visited the store coz I had multiple of work like printing passport size photo, notarizing document, to post my documents. When I entered the store there was a women working in store her name was Aurora . She was not friendly and refusing for everything's which I asked her for . First I asked her for printing out a passport sized photo she said sorry we are out of paper then I was like ok , anyhow I a arrange the photos after that I asked her for scissor then again she denied, after this I asked her to notaries my document again she refused do it , she said we dont notarize anything after 5pm but after I asked her two three times to do it then she notarized my documents, to day I really had very bad experience"

"One of the female employees is not friendly. She refused to notarize a document for me today because she was too busy. If a service is advertised, it shouldn’t be an employee’s choice to perform it. I realize she was the only person working but not completing something advertised is unacceptable. When I asked for her name to complain she begrudgingly did notarize. I will not return to that location."
