"This review is for the pharmacy tech manager, Javier/Xavier. I recently moved back to NYC and unfortunately chose CVS as my primary pharmacy. They were unable to fill my medication, but also failed at transferring my essential medication for my chronic illness. Though the medication is on backorder nationally, the technician manager at Manav ensured holding a box for me and followed up thoroughly. In my 4 years of practicing as a pharmacist (in a different state) I’ve honestly never encountered such a wonderful technician who genuinely wanted to help me when he was taking care of me as a patient. It’s tough enough being a diabetic without having to worry about medication shortages. Manav pharmacy is officially my primary pharmacy now!"
