"Today walked in with sick 2yo on my hand to get antibiotics. They weren't able to get my insurance info from my card in to their prehistoric system. Asking me to contact my insurance and get more info so I did. Wasted 25min on the phone being transferred 2 times was able to provide the numbers requested by pharmacy "professional?" . Still not able to process simple request. Had to go back to doctors office luckily for me located on the same block. Doctor send prescription to another pharmacy one block away. Went there (63-65 108st) IN AND OUT the door with medication in my one hand and sick baby in other in 10min. Do yourself a favor go elsewhere! No questions asked no problem with insurance"
