"This pharmacy is the worst place I’ve been too. Literally going here makes me feel depressed like nothing in the world works right. There’s maybe 2 to people back there who are nice. But that doesn’t make up for the fact that I haven’t had I’m behind on my shots and prescription by more than 3 weeks which has caused suffering and pain. I thought it was because I’m black and obviously queer at first, but probably not the case . maybe there just severely under sourced and don’t care. Point is, i switched pharmacies to keep from breqkijg my scull off on their countertop."

"got there at 1 to pick up my prescription. told me to come back at 3. came back, took forever to go through my info just to tell me they don't have the meds. can't tell me if any other locations have it available with the only response being it's erratic and no way to know when or if they'll have it available. non existent customer service and general empathy. felt like i was dealing with a robot. do better"

"What a disaster of a place! They have the worse people working in the pharmacy. They have no manners or professionalism. I do not know who hired these people or how they are able to find employment. There are people in the line waiting but they are too busy chatting among themselves! Honestly, whoever manages this Walgreens needs to go back to school and learn about management and customer service. Expect to be waiting an hour just to pick up medication, more than an hour for vaccine shot. Do your self a favor and find another pharmacy."

"If I could give zero stars I would. Today (10/27/2022) we had an appointment for the booster and flu shot for 17:30. We got there 15 mins prior, waited in line like everyone else. Were up next and waited patiently to be called. The person we are highlighting is NOT the pharmacist. We assume she was an assistant or cashier back there. She looked at us and said how can she help us. We stepped up and said we had an appointment for the flu and vaccine shot. Without responding or acknowledging us, she walked away and began to talk to another person. We were a bit confused admittedly. She came back and said, "what is it you want"? We were like, yeah so we are here for the shots and we have an appointment. She said they cant find it in the system. We had the appointment email and QR code and serial number from making the schedule online. Then she turn around and said they cant find it, nor they had the vaccine's available. We get it, systems go down, mix up in logistics not to have the supply in stock. That is acceptable ... But the lack of professional and disrespect she had to customers was truly unacceptable. If you are front facing to customers working for a company. You need to conduct yourself in a certain way. If you cannot do that, then maybe you do not belong there. We are 100% not going back there."

"Scheduled a vaccine online, for 2:45. It’s 3:30 now, filled a bunch of old, old, old paper work, even though I registered online, still waiting for my vaccine…. People are kind of nice, it’s the setup and ancient operation that sucks. So this is on Walgreens, not the pharmacists. Update: got the vaccine, the nurse was very nice. The shots took 2-3 min."
