"They never pick up the phone"
"I was in that pharmacy this morning trying to help an elderly man to make an appointment to get the flu vaccine. When I asked them for help they told "me" to help the old man. I was helping the man using my phone because he didn't know how to use one, I asked the pharmacy worker how could I do if the man didn't have a email address and he told me that it was a new world, that no one uses paper any more so I told him that I was disappointed that an older person couldn't get a vaccine there because of his lack of technical knowledge so he handed me the pharmacy phone number so the man could call and make the appointment.This experience was so touching and upsetting because it makes me think that the new world that the pharmacy worker is talking about is a world with no empathy for other and very little respect."
