"Extremely rude pharmacist. I don’t recommend buying anything from here. They sell defective merchandise with a final sale return policy, no exceptions whatsoever. He was very unreasonable and nasty in his manner of speaking. It is clear they only care about money and don’t care about their customers. Take your business elsewhere."

"It's nice to have a Mom and Pop pharmacy in the neighborhood! Staff at Mercy Pharmacy are very polite and professional. They were out of stock for a pain killer I was prescribed and the pharmacist had it ready for me the next day. Also, they are studious about answering their phone. CVS and Walgreens put calls straight to voicemail lately and if you do get the pharmacy department to pick up the phone, quite often they will hang up on you. Also, Mercy Pharmacy has delivery service which is reliable."

"Look else where for your pharmacy needs. The lady on the phone had the rudest attitude and couldn’t explain anything properly. They bill and deliver things ahead of time without your knowledge (Even billing things after you have not pick up the first batch). Which is not ok when you stop taking the medication or overflowing with it at the moment. Their techs can use some manners and customer service skills. STAY AWAY!!"
