"When I first started using them a year ago they were amazing. The past 2-3 months can’t get anyone on the phone just rings. Sent emails and no responses. When finally after a few days just say medication on hold and will call-which they don’t do. So in a few days will have to call and “hopefully” get someone. I wish CS was better I wanted to move other prescriptions there but may have to move from there unfortunately. I really did enjoy their service"

"Simplex is the best pharmacy I have used in NY. Ricky went above and beyond to help me get my meds delivered, he took the time to explain how my insurance works and even delivered my meds himself. He was very patient and understanding with me. Going to the pharmacy is sometimes daunting and with simplex I don’t have to worry about that because they always deliver on time and are always there to answer any questions I may have. 10/10."

She was very responsive when my mother was really sick and I was trying to confirm if the medication was sent to the pharmacy. She made sure that the medication was delivered to my home and even called back to confirm. 10/10 service by far."

"I go without my medication often and start it way later because this place doesn’t take care of it. I have to call for days with nobody answering the phones, and when they do answer they process my medication and say they will call when ready. I have never gotten a phone call once. I have to call AGAIN while nobody answers the phone for days. When finally I get through they schedule a delivery then nobody delivers it. Then you have to call again! This is every month! It’s absolutely absurd."

"I absolutely love this pharmacy. They deliver straight to your door. They definitely go above and beyond for there customers. I am getting ready to travel out of the country for 3 weeks. I completely forgot about a medication that I needed refilled. I called the day before I left hoping and praying that I would get my medication in time for my departure. Frank was able to get to have the medication delivered to my door the same day I called. Did I mention that it was the week of Thanksgiving. What amazing service Frank told me and I quote. "With all the stress of traveling, the last thing you need to worry about is your medication. I will make sure it gets to you today" I absolutely love this pharmacy. I highly recommend them. Definitely give them a try. You won't be disappointed."
