"This pharmacy is the worst in the whole world. Yesterday they told me that they gave me one medication in April of this year but it wasn't true. I told them that my medication bottle is empty and I even brought the bottle with me to prove it. They told me to look in my apartment for it but I told them that I keep all my medications in one drawer. I also told them that I looked everywhere to see if I put it somewhere else by mistake and I still couldn't find it. I called them today and I told them that I went to Walgreens pharmacy and this big pharmacy will be my pharmacy from now on."

"THIS IS THE BEST PHARMACY I BEEN TO IN MY LIFE. Ive been a customer over maybe 5 years. And they are kind and considerate. They have delivered my meds no matter where I been staying. I travel to my parents place often and they have always brought men my meds no matter the distance. At this point they are like family to me. Ive been so blessed. Other pharmacies dont care. But this one feels like a real old style family style pharmacy. Like the ones from the olden days. When is was a little girl. All never switch. Ive had many opportunity but it stay loyal because they have been loyal. These are real people that really care!!! Thank you Pinkey and Oliver for all those times you been reliable and helpful. I love this place. Its a small place but you feel seen and heard here. Screw the corporation pharmacies they dont care about anything but making money and keeping a quota. Thank you Royal Pharmacy you are the most caring LOYAL Pharmacy."

"Why are you even a pharmacy holding people's medication when you can't keep your hours? It says that you closed at 7 today I've been calling since 6 I show up at 6: 30 and the lights are completely shut off as if like you were never even open. You close early on a Saturday at 3 like that's convenient for who then you're close on Sunday not today is Monday and I don't even know if you would even open it's not a holiday. When business owners say people don't support small businesses this is why the stupidity and the incompetence that you have to deal with is unreal. I literally watch seven people come to the door and Pull It in shock and look at that time like why they closed you guys don't sell tips you have people's medication in there you can't post hours of service and never be there it's Monday what excuse do you have that you're closed early Sunday you were off and Saturday you were at 3 allegedly"

"I recently started going to this pharmacy and they have truely been helpful and suppprtive. I use to go to the rite aid a block away, but people at the rite aid, especially the manager was rude and nasty to me. Ever since I transitioned to royal pharmacy they have been nothing but caring, professional, and welcoming. Highly recomnend royal pharmacy on church ave!"
