"Saw the owners response to Adeola… While you’re not a testing center, if you really want to help the ppl of OUR neighborhood, OUR community, maybe you should work with a more REPUTABLE LAB that actually produce results, we all know what is happening right now with COVID. By the time you receive your results you could have had COVID twice and recovered. So don’t come on here acting like you’re doing us a FAVOR in the COMMUNITY. *so we don’t have to stand in long lines in the cold* Maybe we should stand in long lines in the cold because it produces results in a timely manner!!! "I went here for a Covid-19 pcr test after getting on the back of a 3 block long line at the health and hospitals location. It was quick, and he did not insert the q tip too far in. I wish they had a window or door cracked (I know it’s cold) but it would have put me more at ease. Shelves were mostly empty, and it seems like they’re only really there for pcr COVID testing atm. I was grateful for the quick and painless experience, but i am still waiting for results. I got the test Thursday 12/30 and now it is 1/4. The results portal is confusing because the error code is something like “we don’t have a report under ur info. please make sure you entered the correct info” so I’m like doubting myself meanwhile most likely the issue is that the report simply isn’t there yet."

"This is a new pharmacy and though the staff is nice the process to get my COVID results is unacceptable. The pharmacy and the lab need to tell people that they are at capacity. It’s been 96 hours and I still have not received my results. Additionally I am not even in the system. While I was waiting to get my test done a woman came in complaining about a discrepancy with being unable to get her results as well because she couldn’t log in at all. I recommend that if you are looking to get your results with in 72 hours you do not go to this location or use Qdx pathology services as a testing lab."
