"Would give zero stars if I could. Saw pharmacist Caucasian lady talk down to elder man instead of helping him with his medication. Then I got to the front and not sure how but these incompetent fools messed up my prescription and said it’s showing as already picked up. The stupid pharmacist lady told me to call my doctor and get it sorted out. I called my doctor’s office and they were also confused how this could happen and weren’t sure how to resolve. Then I just called my local cvs near my house and they said I can come pick it up later today. The staff at this 360 pharmacy location are either completely incompetent or liars. I suppose they could be both. Management at CVS needs to look into their practice and weed out these fools."

"The caucasian lady who was working the closing shift of the pharmacy today is one of the most incredibly rude and unsavory people I have had the displeasure of encountering. PSA: You are not doing the world a favor by doing the bare minimum at your job. I guess even the bare minimum was too much to expect from her. Just immature and hostile for no reason whatsoever. Should be fired."

"At this drug store, I asked the pharmacist what the right medicine to take for stomach aches was. The pharmacist happily helped me right away. I just want to say thank you to the pharmacist, because the help of the pharmacist wouldn't make my stomach feel good!"

"Incompetent employees and liars. Said my medicine would be ready for two days and on my third visit to pick it up they said it’d be another two hours and then called my doctor to say they don’t carry it. Wasted two days of me needing important medicine! Ew, please don’t use this pharmacy and cvs hire more competent staff. One more star for an ok bedside manner"

"Rude staff, inconsistent policies (how long they hold the prescription, auto-refill procedure, etc.), slow, and probably the most unpleasant CVS pharmacy I've dealt with in New York and elsewhere. If you have any kind of issue with your prescription, get ready for these people to make it worse."
