"The Pharmacy at CarePoint/Christ Hospital is outstanding. The pharmacist and clerks are not only courteous but they find the was you can get your medication or substitute when insurance does not cover for it. They are extremely knowledgeable. Excellent service including delivery the same day for your medication. They call you when refills are ready and notify you. I am impressed!!!!!"

"I wish if there was a negative rating to give. They lack customer support, communication and show deep arrogance in treating customers. Beware if you are traveling long to this pharmacy to get your medicines. They did the following to me: 1.Made me wait for no reason for around 25 mins 2.On asking, they said” your current active medical insurance card is expired” 3. They took my phone too when showed that the insurance matches with what my insurance company has shared online and didnt return unless I ask. 4. I called my medicare and re confirmed that I holded an active insurance card. i informed them the same and told that They typed wrongly at their end and yet they lied at my face that I provided an expired card. 5.On telling them that I spoke to customer care and they told its active card,they said “ ur card doesnt cover anything and you got to pay.. “as If we are going there to get free medicines.. 6.They took another 10 minutes to bill my medicines and the reason they gave is system is shutting down.. they have two computers but dont care enough to not make patients wait nor speed up the process. I have lodged a complaint through call but I am unsure if I will ever get call. Whatever it is please dont go to carepoint pharmacy at christ hospital.. Any other pharmacy would treat you like a human except this one."

"Horrible service, travel far to get there and they barely ever have my prescription in stock. Forget calling early to let them have it prepared, they will waste your time by not having prescriptions in stock."
