I ended up going to CityMD and getting prescribed medicine all in which came up to less than the bottle of cough medicine…"

"My mother needed medication delivered to her from this pharmacy and she called every day for over a week and every day they told her it’d be delivered the next day. They did not care to investigate where the medication was. Now we’ve been having to go through the stressful ordeal of trying to locate the medication from the courier service. A representative from the courier informed us that they’d been given the wrong address by the pharmacy. Almost two weeks later we are still waiting for the medication from this NJLS courier. Needless to say, this could negatively be affecting her health if not taken. Unacceptable. They need to do better and hold the courier service accountable. We will be switching pharmacies due to the lack of care shown. NJLS is also a terrible courier and they need to consider switching to a different courier."

"I took a COVID test 3 days before my flight and was told I would get the results the next day. It’s now the day before my flight and I haven’t gotten any results. And On top of that they were closed by 6pm on Saturday when the website says they close at 7pm and now Imight not be allowed to fly because they told me on Saturday morning it would take an hour and a half to get the results. The lady told me she would be calling me back and everytime I called no one answered the phone and then closed early."
