"The worst pharmacy ever. Be careful coming in here if your English isn’t proper the girls in the front will literally laugh in your face about it. & don’t get me started with the people in the back, they’re just as bad."
"They are the best don’t even listen to those bad reviews I been in this pharmacy for 11 years and they help me, my family and even I know how important they are for the community thank you girls ❤️❤️"
"Very disappointed with my experience with this pharmacy. I typically don't even bother with reviews, but this is a warning that this place literally does not allow exchanges, store credit, or refunds. I had to buy an item because i had a tooth extraction and when i went to return the item they told me about their policy. The young lady proceeded to tell me their policy is all over the store. But their receipts says " ask about our policy" I definitely will not be going back, i Literally let them keep the item because i didn't need it since it wasn't even the correct size. I hope they sale it and make more money since that seems to be their main concern"
"I was at NYU Langone visiting when the nurse asked me to pick up prescriptions from this pharmacy a few minutes before 4pm. So I get there, the pharmacy was already closed, but it was not 4pm yet. I kept calling, looked through the glass door, til someone answered. She proceeds to ask me the patient’s name/DOB/insurance and claim to not have had spoken to anybody from the hospital, and that there were no prescriptions filled. I hanged up the phone and walked away. It’s a Saturday, and they refused to make exceptions for someone being discharged from the hospital. This pharmacy is the closest and convenient place nearby. On a SATURDAY!!! Reap what you sow. Treat people the way you want to be treated. I hope they get the same experience I felt in their own personal life, to be refused services when it wasn’t 4pm yet, and to feel that coldness, no compassion, no going above and beyond in the healthcare field. They could not make an exception. FOH and fly a kite! So, places like CVS exist and the hours are better."
"I bought my eye drop at this pharmacy yesterday because my doctor sent the prescription there. I went home and found a $5 cheaper price from Rite Aid. I tried to return it today. I still have the receipt and never open the box. It clearly states on this receipt that I am able to return within 6 days. However, I went there and they told me that I can not return this item because their manager is out of town for a month and no one can issue the refund for me?. This is horrible. Isnt it mean that they were forcing me to have this eye drop? Are they trying to rip off people because their location is right next to the NYU Langone Health??? Updated: I received a call from the manager today after a month I wrote my gg review about them ( above). First of all, I don't know how she knows my number. This is not good. Secondly, she called to explain the pharmacy could not take the return because it is during the pandemic and she was not there to authorize the staff to do so. This explanation is not acceptable because of two reasons. First, when I was there, the staff told me to wait for the manager to come back in a month when the receipt said that refund policy is within only 6 days. They did not inform about the "new" return policy. Secondly, if the manager is not there, was not there an assistant manager or supervisor or team lead whatever? I told the manager that I wrote the review based on my true experience with them. She said it was not and my review makes them look bad. Finally, I asked for solution, she said it is too late for a refund, nothing she can do and she is sorry for the experience. This is not a solution! I wished during the call, she could say that she would inform and train her staffs better or maybe just admit that it was their failure to inform customer about the "new" policy. Then, I would accept that. Overall, I feel this call was to complain against my review and piss me off. The "sorry" is blank and meaningless. Wasting my time. This call really ruined my beautiful Friday."
