"I bought a pizza tonight, and it looked great, the associates were fine, but when I got home I made sure to completely read and follow the instructions, I put the monkey bread on the middle rack, the thin crust pizza on the bottom, I let it preheat to 425, I put my pizza in, set a timer for 12 minutes. So I then sat on my couch to relax and what do I smell… Smoke, lots of it! I asked for a full refund and all they could do was give a partial refund for the pizza, but the monkey bread I got was messed up from the smoke not including my oven is now messed up. Will never get food again from here, and will advise people from returning."

"We love this location. They are always friendly and do a great job. This time we ordered a side of their meatballs and plain cheese thin crust pizza. We cut up the meatballs and added them to the pizza. It was so delicious. Their Thai Chicken pizza is always good, too!"

"Easy to order online. Pickup was simple by walking in and just grabbing your order. Would have a little concern with the pickup rack not being monitored by employees where anyone could just walk in and grab other people's pizzas off the rack and leave. That goes with not being greeted when walking in to pick up my order."

"Papa Murphy's is a take and bake pizza place. We have a chicken-bacon-artichoke once a week usually, with an occasional foray into one of their other offerings. It's a bit of a drive, so we pick up when running errands in the area, have one fresh when we get home, and freeze one for later."

"I went to Papa Murphy today and Tyler was so nice and professional, he had my Pizza looking so beautiful!! However, I never paid 99 cents for a pack of dressing and I told the Manager to take it off my order! Tyler fixed my salad so beautifully, I always get extra toppings!! Please give the Manager some time off she’s working hard!! I’ve been going to this location since 2012, the Manager is a trooper!! Thanks again for the great work you’re doing!!!"
