"I bought 10 Colorado Blue Spruce trees from DeMarco last year 7-12ft. Only 3 of the 10 survived. When I bought them they promised and advertised a replacement guarantee if any of my trees died. I followed the guidance and spoke with the office last fall after doing everything I could to save the seven trees. I sent the email over as required by DeMarco, I was told they were out of stock and that I would be taken care of in the fall when I called to follow up. Well, I have been ghosted at every turn since sending the email last year. Extremely poor showing, as I have been a customer for a couple years buying their flowers. I would appreciate a call back and my trees replaced this spring. {Updated- they finally got my trees replaced a year later}"

"We did a mommy + me photoshoot, so my review isn’t based on purchases or service but the facility. On a gloomy Sunday we went to do our photoshoot, the facility was outstanding. Everything was well kept, flowers bright, and buildings clean. If I were to buy plants (not a green thumb) I would check them out! Pic of the toddler with some of their products"
