"Visit there this morning for ski and snowboard rental. Was helped by the young gentleman, Sally. Very professional and help my child to identify the which foot should go first. The other guy Joe is also very cool and help us to find ideal board ( hope they have hello kitty board next time lol). Anyway, thank you the owner Frank, and willing to find me a newer ski with low price. Compared to rental at ski resort, this place definitely is more affordable. 5 stars for the price and staff. :)"

"If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This place is a mess and the employees will argue with you and not believe things you say. We tried trading in boots but the guy said we are trying to get free boots. Didn’t believe my daughter’s age and cursed at me in front of my minor. This place used to be good but the new employees are horrible."

"Tried this place twice and the bindings on both pairs I bought broke within the same season. the guys not too bad but just tryna sell you anything and all the stuff is heavily used but still 300 or 400. May be good to get your kids gifts for cheap if they’re learning"
