"I had taken my truck there they played operation with my truck just replacing parts, after several thousand $$$ later they wanted to replace more parts. I called and had them stop on my truck due to running out of funds I I asked them to put my truck back together and stop on it that i would be there to tow it away . After paying them over the phone i drive down to haul my truck back to NC and i get there and my truck is in pieces, got it back to NC to another mechanic that found the issue right away . As the new mechanic looked it over he found that things they said they done they really didn't do. They pulled the oil pan replaced the pu tube installed the pan i told them I had new filters in the side box but they didn't use them and while putting oil in my truck it was 2 gallons low. I would never take my truck there again, BTW the mechanic that fixed my truck said he would happily verify and write up a statement for me since they just taken advantage of me. Only good thing that I can say is the office personnel was courteous as was Brian but all in all I was still taken advantage of."
