"The driver came for pickup at 8:15am instead of the scheduled time of 8:25am. He sat outside and didn’t call to say he was there. I saw this vehicle and went to ask who he was picking up. I told him he’s early and we would be out shortly. I took my disabled brother out to the vehicle at 8:23am and opened the car door when the driver said that the ride is cancelled. They cancelled the ride saying that we no showed, although we went before the scheduled pick up time. When I called the dispatcher he shouted at me that he’s sorry and what else do I want him to do. DO NOT USE! Customer seems sucks big time!!!"

"My 90 year old father waiting 1hr in the morning for Abba local handicap car service to pick my dad up. And then I had to change the pickup time, because he arrived at his appointment late. After waiting for 2 1\2 for a pick up from his physical therapy appointment that I had to force him to go to in the first place. I called a Lyft to pick him and the home attendant up and take him home. He had not had lunch yet and was very hungry. A dispatcher called to inform me at 3:30pm the driver is outside. I informed them that my Dad left 15 minutes ago in a Lyft I called to escort him and the home attendant home. He was waiting since 1:00 pm. They had the audacity to hang up on me. Thanks for worst business for handicap people.. Your the worst get your life together Saving the world one day at a time... CeCe"

"This place will not show you the things you need to complete the TLC exam. The instructor is not in gauging nor does he have real training experience. I am shocked that the TLC has this as a approved location for training and testing."
