"I experienced the worst customer service ever today. A guy with a baseball cap didn't want to pick up my storage tank because it was too heavy but I always used to ship with this company before and didn't have a problem with it before. The weight of the storage tank is also about the same weight as my previous storage tanks that I shipped before with this company. The guy with the baseball cap that didn't want to ship my storage tank said that he was going to charge me much $100 for lifting my storage tank because it was too heavy which I think he's not allowed to do that. He was also very rude when I told him that he doesn't do his job well and after arguing with him, he even wanted to fist fight with me. The office of this company has gotten worse too because they didn't provide a good enough customer service."

"These people are your worse nightmare! Run if you can!!!! Look for another shipping company as soon as possible! They don’t know how to talk to customers or even comply with their policy. They treat the customer with disrespect and take zero responsibility for damaging all your belongings. Do business with these people only if you want to get the worse service in town! Be careful!"
"My parents and I sent two tanks full to the brim and once arrived at the Dominican Republic and received at home it was noticed that the tanks were half empty. More than half of the belongings sent in the tank in both tanks were missing. If I could give zero stars I would. I have videos as well but google doesn’t allow to post videos on reviews. It’s such a shame that once things arrive at their central shipping here in the Dominican Republic that their workers open up the tanks and STEAL the belongings inside."
