"The worst company I ever have done business with. We sent TV to Georgia and paid $ 196 for transportation and they broke TV in transit. When I went to Brighton office to ask about it, they gave me US office number to file a claim. I am calling US office every day for more than 2 weeks and they are telling me Manager from Tbilisi will call us back, but nobody called back. At some point, they told us maybe TV was broken before we sent it. Could you imagine paying $ 196 to send a garbage? Last time I called, they forgot what to say and sent me to Brighton beach branch again to file a claim. They just want to avoid responsibility and try to ignore you as much as possible, because at some point you will stop calling them when you get tired with their BS. I will make sure Barami to lose as many customers as possible, because companies with no responsibilities should not exist."

"So far we used their services once about a month ago from the Brooklyn office (11th street at Brighton) and the guy told us that the delivery to Georgia would take up to 10 days. They delivered the package to the door in Tbilisi in 7 days, which was a nice surprise. Overall, it worked well and they have the best rates per kilogram in town. It's also great that you can park a car in front of the office. Makes it easier to deliver a package to them"
