"Neighborhood place , my parents got my first ten speed there, today I brought in my bike to have the brakes adjusted,fixed, replaced.. whatever. I tried to self fix em but I failed...lol. I took it in today finally an let the professionals take over. I initially thought it'd be more. An not only did they repair replace an fix my brakes an add a snap tight lock, I found my gears were aligned, I knew they were off but planned on getting it fixed another time.. And I had money left over.. Definitely the place to bring your bike or buy a new one."

"I’ve been to many bike/ repair shops shops. And I’ve been here many times over the years. Here is my experience: The service and prices are consistently good. The store is large and they have a good selection of equipment, while a bit short on the number of bikes. The staff are extremely patient and polite, with none of the “better than though” attitude that I have gotten from nearly all the bike shops in Brooklyn. I was charged $7.00 for an inner tube replacement, which was a terrific price, considering all the other bike shops wanted almost 15 for the exact same thing. Be prepared to leave your bike overnight for a routine job, and up to a couple of hours for a simple tweek- as this place doesn’t have more than 1 or 2 people working in that area at a time. Otherwise, this is an excellent spot that I go out of my way to support."
