"My wife and I use this pharmacy and too often our doctors’ offices are slow in responding to requests for refills. The OnPoint staff always go way beyond the usual to get the offices to respond. The pharmacists and techs are always gracious in responding to my queries. I cannot imagine going elsewhere for our prescriptions."

"I’m not sure what’s going on over at this pharmacy but they do not care about patients. The staff doesn’t know what they’re talking about… they don’t know the difference between prior authorization and if they participate in certain medical plans. They lied and said they had been trying to call me all week to verify my insurance. Once i gave the information i waited three business days and did not hear back. When i called i was told they don’t take my insurance and they’ll send it to their sister pharmacy. This is all after i waited a week for the medication. The staff was laughing and just completely unprofessional. People need their medications to survive. I hope things get sorted out here but I would never suggest this “pharmacy”"
