"I have been trying to pick up a prescription since last Saturday 4/18/20. No one has answered the phone in days. I went again on Monday 4/20/20, still closed with a written note "Pharmacy not open today". No other information was provided. Maybe something happened, but they should have an automated message that informs their clients of closures and what steps to take in the mean time. It's just really frustrating."
"This pharmacy is a disaster waiting to happen. The pharmacist constantly misses refills and is very unapologetic about it when it is pointed out. It is also a concern that after collecting refills, a staff member called me back to the counter to check if she had mistakenly placed another customer's medication in my bag because she couldn't find it."
