"Ordered limited edition Topps Project 100 cards autographed by the artists in July & August 2022. Cards were supposed to ship a few weeks later. It's now December 2023, and despite repeated calls with customer service, not only do I not have the cards, they won't even offer a timeline. Don't buy anything of value from them without iron clad protections you'll get the product."

"Thanks for releasing the new Logofractor set only for NYers who then are trying to flip them for 10-20x . What a great way to show how much you care about your loyal customers across the country. Seriously though, what kind of moron decision was that? No one is opening these boxes bc no one can afford them - Ive not even seen a single breaker with any yet. What an absolutely dumb move."

"Waiting for nearly 18 months for a redemption and over a year for another. They have cheated me out of $ hundreds. I have contacted them over 20 times and I still can't get a straight answer. They say that an item will ship within 30-35 days after ending. Well, it's been over 90 days. Topps has no problem with taking your money. They lie. They ignore you. They delay the process in hopes you will give up. Does it really take fedex 6 months to investigate a lost package?"

"Don't buy from this company. I've spent thousands of dollars purchasing product from Topps. Two very expensive baseball card boxes were never shipped, no one answers their phones (I've been on hold for over an hour on several occasions just to be disconnected) or responds to emails and as it stands and I'm out $600. This is a disgrace for a once proud brand of trading cards."

"What’s shocking and unbelievable Is that Topps is one of the longest running card companies. I’m extremely disappointed in waiting months and months for my Topps Project 2020 cards as they claim due to COVID-19 they cannot meet the supply but yet they’re taking people’s money and making them wait almost 2 months or more for their product. I have placed my order in June it is now August, This is totally unfair as I can clearly see them promoting more cards on social media and continuously selling cards on their website. Not only is this terrible business it’s really sad that you cannot get a hold of a customer rep to save your life. Never again will I use this company or their services. I do not recommend purchase of anything from this company especially if the item has to be delivered."
