"On one occasion Pharmacy dispensed a medication that Dr DID NOT prescribed to my elderly mom. On another occasion they gave me 3 prescriptions stapled together, however one was NOT for my mom. There was a completely different name on bag. Please DOUBLE CHECK your meds before leaving Pharmacy. This UNKNOWN medication could have caused my mom grave injury or death."
