"Sorry there is not an option to give zero stars. Attempted to use the new library and made the mistake of entering the wrong room. We were scolded and kicked out by Megan in front of the ONE person in the room with us. ONE. We then entered an empty room and was yelled at by Debbie. YELLED AT. I am 63 years old and don't expect to be yelled at or disrespected. Either could have very simply offered an area we could use without their egregious behavior. To make matters worse, Debbie stared us down the entire time we were there like was were "in time out". If they are volunteers, they need to be retrained prior representing our community. If they are employed, they need to be relieved from their positions and assigned somewhere which would not include dealing with the public. How disrespectful!!! I pay a lot in taxes and if this is what I get for that, I want my money back."

"Unfortunately when we went to the library, the library was closed. We have been in this library and it is so big now. This is a brand new library and all the sections for different areas for example, children's area, computer area, adult area, this is a beautiful library. They also have movies, lots more than the old library had. Lots more books. Lots more computers too. If you have the time, you need to come by and see this wonderful library. The library hasn't changed much except you don't have to wear a mask anymore!!!! Thank goodness for this. It's still a great library, they get new books in every week. I love going to this library!!!! October 31st, we went here to vote early!!! So easy and simple, if you want to vote early, come here, no waiting."

"I ABSOLUTELY LOVE OUR LOCAL LIBRARY AND TOOK "GREAT" PLEASURE IN VOLUNTEERING WITH THE KIDS A COUPLE OF SUMMERS AGO. MY VISITS HAVE HELPED ME FEEL MORE CONNECTED TO MY NEW COMMUNITY. I HAVE BEEN HERE ONLY 4 YEARS BUT I'M NOT FAR FROM MOUNT PLEASANT, MY "FOREVER" HOMETOWN. HOLLYWOOD BRINGS BACK THE CLOSE FEELING OF COMMUNITY THAT OLD MOUNT PLEASANT USE TO PROVIDE.
