"This place is ridiculous! They never answer the phone. Your prescription is sent and they don't process it until you go to pick up and they tell you to wait an hour. They don't realize that some people are actually really sick and is unable to stand and wait a whole hour nor can they come back. Furthermore, if the prescription was sent, why isn't it being processed until you go and ask for it. And it's not the first time this has happened. This matter needs to be rectify, have a better system."
