"Logan from the Williston SC was amazing with helping me and my mom with our battery issue. I wouldn’t have had the patience. Kudos to her ❤️❤️"
"The world needs more people like Logan! Very helpful, friendly, professional and extremely polite! Took care of my truck's gas cap issue quick and made sure the cap fit before I bought it. I have been here many times and EVERY person who works here has been a pleasure to deal with. My visit date was 09/26/2023. I will continue doing business here as long as I can! Thanks Logan! :)"
"Very helpful and friendly staff. Had exactly what I needed. Quick in and out. Good prices."
"Customer service generally is good. The store location in Williston is convienent. I bought my 1982 Toyota truck brand new and take really good care of my vehicles and know them well. Although it is getting really old buying part after part that doesn't fit properly. Each one needed some sort of modification to accomplish the task. The last four parts were Duralast. The clutch slave cylinder needed the two mount bolt holes to be drilled out larger for the bolts to go in straight and mount securely. Just recently, the ignition switch wiring harness was not made up properly to fit easily, had to cut some heat shrink back to help lengthen the safety switch portion of the harness and had to cut pieces of plastic out of the steering column itself to allow wires to reach connector under the dash. Also the new ignition module has much smaller thread size than the original one had. Thus the four original screws that were totally reusable could not be used to remount the coil back down to the ignition module. Ran all around to find those extremely small metric screw to no avail. So I had to drill and tap larger holes to accomplish what should be such a simple task. That probably does away with my warranty? What is it with these new age engineers that they can't get such a simple task correct? It effects everyone down the line. I'm writing this in hopes that it will help the next person and hope this information goes all the way to the top because it is unacceptable. I did share this info on paper with the on duty store manager, Larry, a few days ago. He was receptive to make progress in this area. It's not just the automotive industry its many other things too. The quality and attention to detail is surely waning in this country. I have seen it go from what used to be good 50+ years ago to hard to work with and unacceptable nowadays. As a machinist by trade and diesel mechanic it is a shame to see the direction things have been going. I have been with Autozone since it opened, although because of the unnecessary hassle with Duralast I will now be looking for another brand/store. D. Gardner"
"My experience at this store has been amazing each time we come in there. I recently bought a land Rover and needed some stuff to make sure it was ready to drive. Kim the manager and Nikki The associate were so kind and helpful as well as fun to be in the store with just looking at stuff and increasing my order total...great for the company and fun for me. They were great and I just wanted to make sure they were recognized for their knowledge of products and their super customer service. Thank you and I will def be coming back to get the remainder of my items for my vehicle there!"
