"This Ceva Express is the worst courier company I have ever seen. It is completely acceptable for me to make an appointment for home delivery. However, the appointment phone number of this company cannot be reached. It is not easy for me to make an appointment through the online system of this courier company Time. The courier company has very high requirements for customers, and someone must accept the request. I have been waiting at home. This courier has been breaking appointments at the agreed time and has not delivered the goods at the scheduled time. Keep sending emails asking me to wait at home for them to deliver. This has happened many times. I won't be buying any bulky items on Amazon anymore. Poor delivery takes away the convenience of online shopping. It sucks. 不要用，非常麻烦。"
"If your package is being delivered by them, you’re never getting it. I tried to order an item from Amazon I did months ago because I really wanted it. It went to ceva logistics as the carrier then, and I got a refund because it never came. Guess who still hasn’t gotten their package again? Me. How are they in business??"
"I ordered a bath tub in Amazon and Ceva apparently was to deliver it. I was given a delivery date of 11/22. This changed and I was not notified. The item was to be delivered on my front porch. It was delivered nearly a week early and was left in my driveway. The bottom of the box appeared to be giving out, tape was lifting and the box was not right side up. A courtesy call regarding change of delivery date would have been appreciated as the item would require several individuals to lift it into the home. Additionally, the opportunity to inspect the item for damage would be appreciated as well. The delivery slip said to leave item in a covered area which it was not. All in all poor courier, Amazon should reconsider using them."
