"The worse experience ever, Latifa was very rude, unprofessional we bought 4 tickets from JFK to Casablanca at the JFK we were surprised that our daughter is not in their system but we had a confirmation email and voicemail that we are all set, also our bank statements showed that she got paid for the 4 tickets, it was really really bad because the airline said we have to contact the agency and find out what’s going on, so we called Latifa at first she was talking nicely but, as soon as she noticed she is in trouble not sure how she snapped and screamed we never knew why and, she keeps hinging her phone on us instead of solving the problem, we had to spend the night in a hotel because we are not from NY, and with little kids it was not fun. She never called us back to find out or at least apologize. Do not recommend her at all."

She had no patience and didn’t want to bother providing the information. She asked me if I was shopping around or going to reserve. Well you need to understand that a day can make a big difference in price so I was planning on leaving on specific date and a day early or later can be cheaper for sure I would want the option. So with that being said I would not recommend anyone to use their service. Attitude/ customer service makes a huge difference. Go learn how to speak and communicate before you advertise and promote your service. It was my first time calling them and last time. They lost 4 tickets ( whole family)."
