"I booked an airline ticket from North Carolina to Denmark booked through JAZ travel llc in New York October 26 to fly out on November 6 ticket was $1213 was flying with Icelandair. The money was taken out of my account when I got to the airport to check in they said they had not received the money and for me to call the bank to have them release the money I called the travel agency instead Jaz travel, agent, LLC Who I booked through I was informed by Edwin Brown that booked my ticket that it had been canceled on November 2. I asked who canceled it he did not respond just said he could get me on another flight leaving out November 7. At 9:30 PM would have a six hour layover in London and it would put me in Copenhagen at 8 PM on 8 November he said the price would be the same, but when I spoke to my bank the next day they had attempted to take out an additional 230 Dollars I text Edwin brown He said everything has been put in and I should get my refund but he wanted my banks name address, account holder name. Account number I told him no he said that is the only way for me to get the refund , and I’ve asked him several times who canceled my ticket he will not tell who canceled my ticket I think it was never fully booked. It wasn’t paid for. That was the only problem they kept my money they are big scammers . don’t ever deal with this company unless you want to get ripped off I wouldn’t even give them one star, but I can’t give them a zero.*"

"This lady is an unprofessional scammer. Avoid at all costs. Texts and calls in the middle of the night. Books the wrong tickets then charges over $1800 in fees to change flights around. Come here if you want to to pay for HER MISTAKES."

"Worst experience ever. MONA was the worst owner/representative ever. This place is a travel agency and a clothing store in one. I needed to get a 2 piece top and bottom of an outfit joined together and made into one outfit. These people had me running around for 2 weeks like a headless chicken telling me it was done and I could pick it up. When I would get there, they would have excuses as to why it wasn't ready. They finally told me the outfit could not be made. I then asked them to make an alternate outfit, and since it was 2 days before my event, I needed a rush on it. The blouse that they made was HORRIBLE! Completely off proportions. I will never come here again. The person in charge of this fiasco is a woman named MONA. Don't be fooled by her! She pretends to be nice and helpful, but in reality, she's the worst of them all."
