"Gave them 1 star as the review wouldn't let me give them nothing. Arrived for a wheelchair accessible tour. We booked a 15 seater bus for this purpose. They had a 40 seater unaccessible bus!!! Then said they couldn't help us and sent us away. Maybe they couldprovide it another day?? But no guarantees. To make it worse we all had to be there by 630am so we had all walked 6 blocks at 530am for nothing. Do not use this service if you need accessibility"
