"Well thier loads pay garbage, they sure as hell don’t look out for the driver and are very irresponsible dispatching and coordinators. From wrong information to scheduling that makes absolutely no sense. Not informing the driver or owner of this so we are able to advise that it won’t work. So you get stuck with no layover pay, loss revenue and a very arrogant and should be punched in the face broker. Glad this is my final load with this company, havent made any decent money with them in 1 year. Wouldn’t recommend at all unless you just want to get by. And well if you do that all it will take is one breakdown and your done I have overall corrected many issues , from wrong address, to bad appointment times they made , hours to find out what to do with debied cargo then to be told to dump (illegally anywhere) , then later told tondropy at a yard for a joke pay, if it wasnt for my due diligence i would bhave gone out of business."
"Your staff and customer reps were hired from hell, there disrespectful, rude, uncaring, Attention all drivers if you call for any questions be prepared to answer the same question about 5 times(no exaggeration) if your not used to repeating yourself get ready for the ride of your life also. While answering the questions again and again be prepared to have a feed back from the reps as if your slow. Trucker here verified and producing a highly accurate account."
