"I like"
"Love that place. I go there for my taxes, to send money to DR, buy flights and also translate documents. I've known people there since I was a baby"
"This place is the worse when comes to customer service. A lady named lilia Salcedo is the worse. Very rude and has no customer service. Going to this location is the worse experience ever"
"For the Best prices come here"
"UPDATE: This driver just ran a red light and almost got us t-boned. Never again with this company. The people who work here are very rude. I waited for a driver (who was late) to show up only to be told that I have to meet him blocks away in a dimly lit part of the area. I expressed concerns over the phone to dispatch about having to walk away from the heavily trafficked area by the bridge, through a bad neighborhood at night. They were indifferent and gave me an attitude about having to walk "a couple of blocks" and "not seeing what the problem is". I made the trek, and arrived at where they said the van was going to be only to find it double parked and empty and the driver no where to be seen. So I waited beside the van and was the only one there. Eventually the driver showed up, looked at me, then walked away again. Other people showed up, so I moved to line up by the van. The driver came and spoke something unintelligible that I did not understand, and I asked him to repeat it as I could not understand his accent. Figuring that he was asking for my name to see if I was on the list, I told it to him. He decides to speak in Spanish to me and I told him "sorry, I don't speak Spanish", to which he decides to ignore me. He makes me move from the van and starts having people push past me to get in while I'm telling him that I am also on the list, and still he ignores me. Only when he saw me pull out my phone and call Cibao did he try showing me the list and asking me to point out my name and destination. After showing it to him, I asked why did he act like that toward me and basically disrespect me; he had no answer and just held the door open. I honestly don't like having to travel with these van companies because most of them are rude like this and worse. If you complain about the lateness of their drivers, the dispatch will get angry and act like you should be grateful that they're even providing this service in the first place. Then tell you "either get on, or don't, it's your money.". The terrible customer service and attitudes are not worth the $15, and be better spent on gas driving yourself."
