"Shipped a package on the 12th to a correct address, ups sent it back 9 days later saying the address needed more information, which it didn’t because I send there all the time. All I wanted to do was send it again and they said I had to pay, when I asked for a refund for the first shipment I was told I couldn’t get one. Will never use UPS again"

"I stopped by this morning to drop off a package. I was here before they opened so I sat in my car and waited patiently until the boy opened the store. I stood in front of the door while he unlocked it. He unlocked the door and walked off. Red flag number one. I proceeded to walk in the store, HE DID NOT GREET ME. So I spoke, “Good morning, how are you?!” I asked him what his name was and said WHY and proceeded to explain he doesn’t like to give out his name. He’s a white male with dirty blonde, short hair. This boy is a horrible representation of your store. He lacks professionalism and basic customer service skills."

"Fast and friendly. There were six or seven “customers” already inside when I arrived. Five of them were wearing mask and that concerned me. Just for the simple fact that I have only seen one other person wearing a mask in the past month or so and that was today as well at a different location. She was not as spooky as the other five that were ganged up in this establishment that has a lobby that is not big enough for five spooky masked browsers. I waited my turn and kept my distance from the masked individuals then got out of there with the quickness."
