The gentleman who answered the phone knew exactly what I was asking for. He said he did not have any in stock, but instead of just leaving it there, he offered to call a couple of other stores. 15 minutes later, he called and explained that the Grovetown location did have them in stock and had one set aside for me. Customer Service 5 Price Point 4 Installation was simple and easy."

"BUYER BEWARE: This company is not to be trusted. DO NOT pay their deposit for any phone repairs. You run a risk. My experience: Was quoted a price for repair over the phone. When I arrived in store the quote was changed and not honored. After completed deposit, was told to come back next day. The part was not ordered and the shop was running around trying to figure out how to do damage control rather than to help the customer. When I asked for a refund the cashier, after running to the back to talk the owner, did a charade where they canceled the refund and said the bank declined the refund. Which is not a thing. The cashier then explained this is what the boss told them to do and offered a "paper check) the next day... I then asked to speak with the owner where I expressed my discontent with having been lied to and apparently stolen from.. the owner threatened to call the police. Do not shop here if you value your time or money. You will not find good customer service here, just an unorganized zoo."
