"I booked 2 nights at The Inn At Perry Cabin on the eastern Maryland shores. Upon arrival we were upgraded to a large suite with $300.00 credit for drinks and dinner. Breakfast was also included.The view from our balcony overlooked the Chesapeake harbor filled with sailboats and yachts. The spa was open and the pool area was huge. The quant town of St.Michaels had shopping , museums and restaurants. Thanks to Michele’s travels for arranging our wonderful get away. Teresa Friedmann"

"I have been traveling for 20 years and never in my life I have experienced such a horrible service . My international flight was booked more than a month ago and on the day of departure, I was told at the airport ticket counter that I am booked all the way to my destination but not on local US airline flight . This resulted in my flight cancellation and rescheduling . My whole vacation plan is down the drain and now I have to pay extra 800 Dollars to reschedule the flight. Instead of admitting the fault, my travel agent has been blaming the airlines and everyone else in the world. In this age, who would make such a blunder , really? Stay away from these unprofessional minions of human beings ."
