"Iv lived in NY for a little over a decade and finally decided to be a tourist by taking the big bus tour. Our tour guard could pass for a history professor. He was professional, very in tuned and knowledgeable about the city as well as US history overall. I loved every bit of it and have decided I will take a bus tour in any city I visit if they have one. Thank you for keeping tour guards in these buses. There’s nothing like the human feel."

"Welcomed on board by Mark W, polite, friendly and entertaining! Made a great start to the tour! Our ‘live’ host for the Night Tour was fantastic, very knowledgable and answered a variety of questions - also gave top tips on getting Broadway tickets and great places to eat - thanks Dwayne! Took the day tour of the red route the following day to go and see the 911 museum and yet again great staff, Jimmy welcomed us on board and gave useful information and what to take good pictures of. Overall a great experience - night tour is a must and the hop on hop off was a perfect way to see the sights! Also wanted to add that staff advertising around the streets were friendly and not pushy, unlike some of the other bus tour operators wearing a similar uniform!"

"First time in NYC, and this was the best option for touring all the sights!!! I highly suggest downloading the BIG BUS app and getting your tickets from there! Much easier than using a second or third party site or app. Big Bus tours app is very easy to use and has a navigation map built right in with the sights, their stops (bc each stop is numbered.) Also, make sure you pick your attraction date and time for entry. It’s much better that way. And you can do that right through the Big Bus tours app!!! Wanda, a BIG BUS employee at the first stop we got on the bus, was AMAZING! She was very helpful and even apologized when her scanner wasn’t working properly. Thank you, Wanda, for making it happen! She got it working, scanned our tickets, and put us on our bus! And thank you, Santana, another Big Bus employee for being that true New Yorker with the attitude BUT was funny as hell!!! She was great! You guys made my experience even better!!"
